TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope of services: The following services are commissioned pursuant to § 34 et seq. HOAI, in conjunction with Annex 10.1 HOAI, for the service phases 3 to 9. The contracting authority provides for phased commissioning. First, service phases 3 and 4 are commissioned. Commissioning of service phases 5 to 9 is optional. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of services beyond service phase 4. Where applicable, name any required subcontractors for the respective subject of the contract informally. The awarding authority reserves the right to request the submission of evidence of suitability documents after award. Pursuant to the contract, the contractor shall provide the following services within the framework of the 1st stage: 1. Basic services: The contractor shall provide service phases 3 and 4 of § 34(3) HOAI. The basic services shall be provided for these service phases in accordance with Annex 10.1 HOAI to § 34(4) and § 35(7).
