TENDER DESCRIPTION

These services are intended in particular to address the following situations: Compliance works for municipal buildings. Emergency works in the event of an incident following a theft, fire, flood, storm. Works for breakdowns or faults that threaten the proper functioning of the building. The works not covered by this contract are: relating to rehabilitation operations for work that is significant both financially and technically; relating to new construction operations; relating to comprehensive renovation operations. Descriptions of the works and their technical specifications are set out in the special technical specifications (CCTP).
