• Construction Site Setup (Baustelleneinrichtung): This involves setting up, maintaining, operating, and clearing the construction site, including the transport and setup/removal of all necessary machinery, equipment, materials, and accommodations. It also requires restoring the site to its original condition, managing wastewater collection and disposal, and providing electrical power connections. A key deliverable is the securing of evidence in traffic areas (Beweissicherung Verkehrsraum) in access areas and the entire AWM site, complete with photo documentation and a report for approval.
• Preparatory Work / Demolition (Vorbereitende Arbeiten / Rückbau): This covers the removal of asphalt, including cutting, breaking up bituminous surfaces (up to 25 cm thick), loading, transporting, and disposing of the material. Also included is earth excavation and reinstallation (Bodenaushub und Wiedereinbau), which entails loosening, loading, transporting, and professionally installing and compacting soil material for backfilling, using various fill materials like asphalt granulate and RC material.
• Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Installations: This category encompasses a variety of specific construction tasks and material installations, such as:
• Installation of drainage pipes in gravel beds and cable entry sleeves for pipe connections.
• Construction and installation of cable pull shafts as monolithic reinforced concrete prefabricated parts with high water penetration resistance and watertight covers.
• Excavation work, compaction of the trench bottom, bracing, backfilling with compactable material, and the production of lean concrete layers, including professional connection to asphalt surfaces.
• Delivery and installation of pump sumps (Pumpenvorlagebecken) made from polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) storage elements for underground rainwater storage basins (approximately 18m x 10m x 0.66m, with a volume of around 100 m³), complete with all necessary components, connections, and a minimum of four integrated flushing/inspection shafts.
• Encasing the storage basins with geotextile and a plastic sealing membrane, ensuring professional installation, welding, and proving tightness through a leakage test.
• Installation of precast concrete retaining walls (Winkelstützwände) according to DIN EN 15258, including their foundation (concrete base plate, cement mortar), reinforcement, and watertight sealing of joints with bitumen membrane.
• Delivery and installation of reinforced concrete containers, which includes an extendable access aid/ladder.
• Installation of precast channel manholes (Fertigteilkanalschacht) according to DIN EN 1917 and DIN 4034-1, featuring a shaft bottom with a curved invert and inlet/outlet openings for PE or PP pipes.
