TENDER DESCRIPTION

Bidders are bound to a one-manufacturer strategy (including options), unless an exception is expressly provided for in the specifications. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with up to three bidders/bidder consortia. The aim is that the awarded bidders/bidder consortia each offer different manufacturers. For this reason, for tenders submitted by bidders using the same manufacturer, the contracting authority will consider only the highest-ranked tender submitted by the manufacturer in question. Therefore, if a manufacturer is offered by several bidders, only the highest-ranked tender of the relevant manufacturer will be considered in the evaluation. All other tenders using the same manufacturer will be excluded. For lot Headsets & UC audio peripherals, a value of EUR 8.0 million is set as the maximum call-off volume (maximum quantity; this is the gross value). The maximum call-off volume applies to all framework agreements concluded for lot Headsets & UC audio peripherals.
