TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tenderers are bound to a one-manufacturer strategy (including options), unless the specifications expressly provide for an exception. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with up to three tenderers/tendering consortia. The aim is that the awarded tenderers/tendering consortia each offer different manufacturers. For this reason, in tenders with the same manufacturer, the contracting authority will consider only the highest-ranked tender of the relevant manufacturer. Therefore, if a manufacturer is offered by multiple tenderers, only the highest-ranked tender of the relevant manufacturer will be considered in the evaluation. All other tenders with the same manufacturer are excluded. For the lot Headsets & UC audio peripherals, a value of 8.0 million EUR is set as the maximum call-off volume (maximum quantity; this is the gross value). The maximum call-off volume relates to all framework agreements concluded for the lot Headsets & UC audio peripherals.
