TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the design, and at the same time the winning Designer’s task, will be to design the partial renovation and modernization of the building of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Vármegyei Pedagógiai Szakszolgálat Cigándi Tagintézménye, based on the technical parameters and requirements specified in the design program. The Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Vármegyei Pedagógiai Szakszolgálat Cigándi Tagintézménye affected by the development is located in Cigánd, in the residential single-family zone of the garden-city (kertvárosi) area. From the point of view of site grading, the property is considered flat and arranged. The building has gas-silicate masonry with lime/cinder (kőporos) plaster. The ground-floor portion has a corrugated sheet-metal roof covering, while the upper floor portion has standard asbestos-slate (palafedésű) roofing. The institution consists of one building complex. There is no insulation on the building at all; the replacement of the windows/doors (openings) has been carried out previously.
