TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performance of the tasks as set out in point Bt-24 (II.1.4). Locations: - Central building (Main Building) Budapest, 1093 Fővám tér 8. - Sóház building Budapest, 1093 Fővám tér 13-15. - Ráday Dormitory Budapest, 1092 Ráday u. 43-45. - Kinizsi Dormitory and the Centre for Physical Education and Sport (TSK) Budapest, 1092 Kinizsi u. 2-6. - Tarkarét Dormitory Budapest, 1106 Tarkarét u. 6. In the dormitories, reception service duties may be performed exclusively by persons with no criminal record (a declaration regarding the existence of an official certificate of moral character from the authorities) and with at least a secondary-level qualification (high school leaving certificate), as well as with user-level computer handling knowledge. At the post to be performed simultaneously as specified in the technical description, at least 1 security guard/receptionist per building is required to be involved, who has a language examination certificate or an equivalent certificate proving at least basic (B1 level) spoken English communication skills according to the KER (5 buildings).
