TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender aims to contract a single Contractor for concluding a Framework Agreement for the supply of Work Clothing and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including associated services such as measuring employees, return, and circular processing. Within HHR, approximately 470 employees use work clothing and/or PPE. These employees work in various teams and carry out different tasks, including water management and purification, maintenance of dikes and pumping stations, field inspections, and supporting office work. The Assignment concerns the delivery of Work Clothing and PPE as set out in Annex 2 Price List. Work Clothing Work clothing means: clothing worn by employees for the performance of their work and which can contribute to safety, recognisability, and functionality. Work clothing must at least comply with EN ISO 13688 and must be provided with CE marking. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) PPE means: equipment intended to protect employees against risks to their safety and health.
