TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement aims to ensure the continuity of the supply of Catering Products for the coming years. It concerns food and non-food products for the catering facilities at the HHR headquarters. The contract includes the supply of Catering Products for the daily lunch provision and banqueting activities in the company restaurant and the meeting rooms at the HHR headquarters. Three (3) different customer numbers are used for the following assortment groups: Food; Banqueting; Cleaning/non-food products. Core assortment: The client has established a core assortment based on historical consumption data for these product groups. This assortment contains the products that must be delivered on order during the term of the Framework Agreement. The list is included in Annex 2 (Tariff sheet) to this Tender Guide. Peripheral assortment: In addition to the core assortment, the client requires a broad and deep supplementary assortment of Catering Products within the product groups included in Table 1.
