Project outline/description Evolved AI Service (EvoKS) The BMFTR-funded research project EvoKS (Evolved AI Services) expands the AI service centre KISSKI with a focus on the energy and medical sectors into a highly scalable infrastructure for regulatorily compliant AI applications with broad applicability. The aim is the development of generic, transferable AI workflow blueprints that will greatly facilitate for SMEs and start-ups the entry into the use of AI. To this end, EvoKS establishes a network of AI multipliers and connects technology and end users through decentralized “AI bridges”. In addition, a “PoC workshop” enables the rapid realisation of low-threshold prototypes, the findings from which flow directly into the blueprint development. Based on industrial demand, tailor-made building blocks are developed and provided for this. By integrating into the KISZ consortium, the use of open-source principles and a clear exploitation strategy, EvoKS secures a position of technological excellence and creates a sustainable, competitive ecosystem for the German SME sector.
