TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement procedure is to award a contract through awarding to enter into an Agreement with one (1) Contractor for performing the service “Company social work” for TU Delft. The Contractor provides at least two and at most three permanent company social workers (BMW’ers) for this Assignment. Based on current insights, TU Delft expects an average need for BMW of approximately 34 hours per week, with a maximum size of 1496 hours per year. The estimated contract value of this procurement for the maximum duration of four (4) years (including a possible extension) amounts to approximately €1,162,000 exclusive of VAT. The company social worker provides guidance to employees within TU Delft regarding psychosocial problems, insofar as these are related to and/or have an effect on the work situation, with the aim of promoting the employee’s well-being and effective functioning. The initial term of the Agreement is three (3) years, starting on 1 February 2027 and ending on 1 February 2030.
