TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is the first call for tenders in a series of five aimed at leasing in an “as-built state of completion” (BEFA) model on a free-rent basis for new-build housing located within a 30-minute perimeter of the Gravelines power plant. This first operation covers the construction and provision of 75 dwellings (5 T2, 35 T3, 35 T4) across multiple schemes intended to be delivered by the 2030 horizon. EDF’s lease arrangement may account for up to 50% of a real estate programme limited to 20 individual or collective dwellings. However, this proportion may reach 100% for smaller-scale operations ranging from 5 to 9 dwellings. The objective presented constitutes a minimum target. In the event of additional opportunities, the contracting authority reserves the right to increase the volume of dwellings by up to an additional 20% and reserves the right to substitute lots between typologies.
