TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to the increase in the number of people who cause extreme housing nuisance and therefore can no longer live in a regular residential neighbourhood, the Municipality of Velsen started Skaeve Huse in 2020. The objective of Skaeve Huse is to resolve as much as possible the extreme housing nuisance in regular residential neighbourhoods and to provide the people who cause this housing nuisance with a final chance of accommodation. Due to multiple incidents, at the end of 2023 it was decided to temporarily suspend Skaeve Huse and work on a further development. The further development includes, among other things, redeveloping the site, expanding it to 6 homes, and improving the way in which support is arranged. This assignment concerns the procurement for the provision of guidance for residents of Skaeve Huse.
