TENDER DESCRIPTION

The University Hospital Frankfurt (UKF) is procuring, in parallel, a flexible AI compute, development, and integration platform. The platform is intended to be used for 36 months for heterogeneous AI, analytics, development, and integration scenarios. In order to ensure technical and functional control, secure integration into the existing UKF infrastructure, economical use, and controlled further development, a consulting partner independent of the compute provider will be commissioned. What is sought is not a pure AI strategy consultant and not a personnel pool, but a specialist team that works personally and directly, combining hospital IT, enterprise/campus/data center infrastructures, AI compute, cloud/hybrid, container/Kubernetes, information security, audit support, and provider management. The aim is a repeatable approach from the use-case idea via technical architecture, resource and security assessment, and piloting through to the decision on scaling, standard operations, or termination.
