TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority is the Stichting Duinpark. The Stichting Duinpark, on behalf of the Municipality of Den Helder, is responsible for management and maintenance activities in the public realm in Duinpark in Den Helder. As a form of citizen participation for the management of the public realm of Duinpark, the Stichting Duinpark was established on 29 December 2006. All plot owners in Duinpark are required to be a participant in this foundation. During this procurement, the Municipality of Den Helder acts as lead party on behalf of the Stichting Duinpark. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an Agreement with one Contractor for managing and maintaining the green areas in Duinpark in Den Helder. The work primarily consists of: a. Maintenance of grass; b. Maintenance of planting; c. Maintenance of semi-paved surfaces; d. Removing bulky waste and litter.
