Subject of the procurement: Repair of BEHR engine cooling system components Quantity of the procurement: Type of contract: Contract framework agreement Contract framework amount: net 987,490.86 EUR [a total of 289 pcs (23 types) of items to be repaired in indicative quantities for the repair work types (basic and/or occasional repairs) specified in the Technical Description (Item List) forming part of the Procurement Documents]. The contracting authority will conclude a contract for the indicated framework amount in case of a successful procedure. From the framework amount, the contracting authority undertakes an order obligation for a net value of 493,753.33 EUR (planned for the repair of 146 items). The part of the framework amount not subject to the order obligation is valued at net 493,737.53 EUR (planned for the repair of 143 items), which is included in the estimated value in accordance with Section 16 (1) of the Public Procurement Act.
