TENDER DESCRIPTION
In the laundries of the prisons (Justizvollzugsanstalten) of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, all soiled laundry that arises in the prison system of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia is cleaned. For this purpose, the required detergents are tendered as part of an EU-wide open procedure. The laundries are operated as in-house establishments (Eigenbetriebe) in the prisons of Bielefeld-Brackwede, Gelsenkirchen, Cologne, Remscheid, Rheinbach and Schwerte. Types of laundry In the laundries of the prisons, the following types of laundry are processed and treated: - Kitchen laundry - Bed linen (cotton) - Leisure clothing (cotton) - Workwear (cotton)
