TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a framework agreement with a company for supplying the university catering operations of Studentenwerk München Oberbayern with professional workwear under a rental model, including laundry service. The service includes taking over the existing stock of clothing, providing and replacing clothing, as well as cleaning, maintenance, labelling, regular collection and delivery, including locker compartment service. The framework agreement is concluded for 4 years. The performance period begins on 15.03.2027 and ends at the latest on 14.03.2031. The maximum value is EUR 1,810,000 net. Upon reaching this maximum value, the framework agreement ends even before the agreed contract term expires. No minimum purchase quantity is guaranteed.
