Bem tér környezeti fejlesztése

TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the project with identification number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-DE1-2025-00001, the environmental development of Bem tér is carried out. The development area involved in the green area reconstruction totals 12,520 m2 in the northern and southern development area parts, of which 8,900 m2 is the area of renewed or newly formed green space. During the investment, 68 trees, 5,302 shrubs and perennial plants will be planted, and a 3D grass surface will be created on an area of 7,219 m2. The water requirement of the plant areas is ensured by an irrigation system to be constructed as part of the investment. The park equipment to be installed includes 9 benches and 6 benches/benches (lóca), 1 table with 2 benches, 2 seating mushrooms and a 25.5 m length of seating retaining wall. In addition, 6 waste bins, 1 dog faeces disposal/storage unit, 1 drinking fountain and 3 bicycle racks, as well as 59 traffic-control bollards will be installed.
