TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the project with the identification number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-DE1-2025-00001, the environmental development of Bem Square will be carried out. The total development area involved in the green area reconstruction in the northern and southern development sections is 12,520 m2, of which 8,900 m2 is the size of the renewed or newly created green area. During the investment, 68 trees, 5,302 shrubs and perennial plants will be planted, and a 3D lawn surface will be created on 7,219 m2. The water requirement of the plant surfaces will be provided by an irrigation system to be constructed as part of the investment. The park devices to be installed include 9 benches and 6 benches (loungers/bench seats), 1 table with 2 benches, 2 mushroom-shaped seats and 25.5 linear metres of a seating retaining wall. In addition, 6 waste bins, 1 dog excrement storage unit, 1 drinking fountain and 3 bicycle racks will be installed, as well as 59 traffic calming bollards.
