BEMU jednotky v Ústeckým kraji – Švestková dráha II.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is preparing the procurement of four (4) new railway vehicles BEMU with electric battery drive (hereinafter also referred to as the “Guaranteed number” and the “Vehicles”) for the purposes of their future use in providing public passenger transport services by rail for the Ústí Region within the operating set of BEMU units Švestková dráha. The Ústí Region has stated its intention to conclude with the contracting authority a public service contract for passenger transport by rail for a period of 15 transport years for this purpose; the planned start date is from 2030 (with a possible shift of the start of performance to 2032). The technical, qualitative and safety requirements for the vehicles to be procured are to a significant extent based on the requirements set by the Ústí Region for their future use in ensuring the region’s transport services. The contracting authority has incorporated these requirements, to the corresponding extent, into the tender conditions of this public contract.
