TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the ML, a framework agreement for the provision of consulting services is to be awarded pursuant to Article 78 of the EU Strategy Plan Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of 2 December 2021. Defined consulting services for agricultural holdings are to be tendered. The measure aims to preserve and improve the sustainability of agricultural holdings, with particular attention to the aspects of biodiversity, climate resilience, animal welfare and efficient use of resources through knowledge transfer. The consulting services are only eligible for funding if the advice is provided by advisory providers and advisors selected under this procurement procedure. Further details on the type and scope of the contract are to be found in the service description – Technical part (Part B) and the service description – Funding/grant procedure (Part C) and in the other attached documents. The framework agreement is to be concluded with several companies (§ 21(4) no. 1 VgV) in order to enable farmers to choose the advisory provider.
