TENDER DESCRIPTION

To meet the needs of the following three users (HPT: Hessisches Polizeipräsidium für Technik, HPE: Hessisches Polizeipräsidium Einsatz and HöMS: Hochschule für öffentliches Management und Sicherheit), in the future at the large site in the "Petersweg" area in Mainz-Kastel, the Löwenquartier with various new buildings, as well as the related sports, deployment training and indoor range shooting facilities, and a canteen, are to be created in different construction phases. The total floor area requirement for the state is approximately 225,000 m² GFA. The consulting services include in particular the analysis and updating of the existing structure concept, the identification and definition of site-wide principles for the large site, the development of technical and functional principles for later construction and procurement packages, the investigation of suitable construction phase and implementation strategies, as well as the development of content-related specifications and clarifications required for the ES-Bau (Koop) and the functional performance descriptions to be prepared further on.
