TENDER DESCRIPTION

To satisfy the needs of the following three users (HPT: Hessian Police Headquarters for Technology, HPE: Hessian Police Headquarters for Operations and HöMS: Hochschule für öffentliches Management und Sicherheit), in future, at the large site in the "Petersweg" area in Mainz-Kastel, the Löwenquartier with various new buildings, as well as the associated sports, operations training and indoor shooting ranges, and a canteen, are to be created in different construction phases. The total accommodation requirement for the state amounts to approximately 225,000 m² GFA. The consulting services in particular include analysis and updating of the existing structural concept, determination and definition of cross-site fundamentals for the large site, development of specialist and functional fundamentals for later construction and contracting packages, examination of suitable construction phases and implementation strategies, as well as preparation of substantive provisions and clarifications that are required for the ES-Bau (Koop) and for the functional specifications to be prepared further on.
