TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision, implementation, operation, and maintenance of a cloud-based telemedical platform for PEDNET-LC. The platform is to be provided as a market-established, product-available, and as close to standard solution as possible. The goal is an integrated solution that fulfills the requirements of the service description as comprehensively as possible in its standard functional scope and only foresees customer-specific adaptations or third-party system integrations to the necessary extent. The platform is intended, in particular, to serve as a structured inquiry and screening mask for patients and office-based physicians and at the same time be used as a digital patient record. It should enable the participating facilities to jointly record, view, and use patient data, control patient flows, conduct case conferences, and support communication with patients, including video consultations.
