TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision, implementation, operation, and maintenance of a cloud-based telemedical platform for PEDNET-LC. The platform is to be provided as a market-established, product-available, and as standards-compliant as possible integrated solution. The objective is an integrated solution that meets the requirements of the service description as comprehensively as possible within the standard functionality and foresees customer-specific adaptations or third-party system integrations only to the necessary extent. The platform is intended in particular to serve as a structured inquiry and screening mask for patients and office-based physicians and, at the same time, to be usable as a digital patient record. It should enable the participating institutions to jointly record, view and utilize patient data, manage patient flows, conduct case conferences, and support communication with patients, including video consultations.
