TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the service is the provision and operation of an AI skills platform and the delivery of qualification offerings to be built on top of it over an operating period of 6.5 months. The service comprises the following three mutually coordinated components: 1. AI skills platform: provision of a tenant-capable SaaS learning platform as the technical basis of the qualification offerings 2. AI basic qualification: on-demand learning programme for building broad AI core skills, including the mandatory component pursuant to Article 4 of the EU AI Act 3. AI advanced qualification: moderated online workshops for deeper competence development, using a knowledge database and a community-based approach The three components are to be provided as a single overall service ("one-stop").
