TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the service is the provision and operation of an AI skills platform as well as the implementation of qualification offers built on top of it for an operating period of 6.5 months. The service comprises the following three coordinated components: 1. AI skills platform: provision of a multi-tenant-capable SaaS learning platform as the technical basis for the qualification offers 2. AI basic qualification: on-demand learning programme for building broad AI basic competencies, including the mandatory component in accordance with Article 4 of the EU AI Act 3. AI advanced qualification: moderated online workshops for deeper skills development with a knowledge database and a community approach The three components are to be provided as an overall service (“one stop shop”). The AI skills platform provides the technical basis on which both the basic and the advanced qualification are offered, used and administered.
