TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision and operation of an AI skills platform as well as the implementation of qualification offerings built on top of it for an operating period of 6.5 months. The service comprises the following three coordinated components: 1. AI skills platform: provision of a tenant-capable SaaS learning platform as the technical basis of the qualification offerings 2. Basic AI qualification: an on-demand learning programme to build broad AI basic competencies, including a mandatory component pursuant to Article 4 EU AI Act 3. Advanced AI qualification: moderated online workshops for in-depth competence development, using a knowledge database and a community approach The three components are to be provided as an overall service (“one-stop”). The AI skills platform provides the technical basis on which both the basic and advanced qualification are provided, used and administered.
