TENDER DESCRIPTION
granting the possibility to use a secure file exchange platform for end-to-end encrypted file exchange, email dispatch, bulk sending as well as for the provision of files as a service (SaaS) for the Zweckverband and the members of the Zweckverband. Within the scope of this framework agreement, the contracting authority reserves the right during the term of the contract to place individual requirements by call-off order. The specific scope of the services to be called off (in particular the number of users/licences) is not finally determined at the time the contract is concluded, but rather results from the contracting authority’s actual needs. The maximum call-off quantity is the granting of usage rights for a maximum of 4,000 users.
