TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the time-limited provision (rental) of standard software for use by the contracting authority as well as by third cooperation partners of the contracting authority. This includes implementation, operation, including maintenance and upkeep, as well as the provision and installation of new program versions under a so-called Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The administrative effort and the ongoing updating of the application’s content are also assumed by the contracting party. The system is intended to support internal advisory, sales, and reactivation processes. At the same time, it must meet all legal, procurement law, data protection law, and IT security-related requirements of a public body.
