TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is seeking an operating company that ensures network operation for processing online transactions with the various authorization systems of the banking industry and credit card companies, including the necessary contracts with the credit card companies to be connected. A complete solution under general contractor responsibility is expected for the planning, equipment and configuration, operation, service, and maintenance of the card readers. A framework agreement (rental or contracting) shall be concluded for the provision of card readers and payment services.
