TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of rental laundry for emergency medical services including logistics, maintenance of operational capability and qualified cleaning with a term of five years (plus a possible extension of one year). The contractor must equip the emergency medical service of the city of Mettmann with representative service and protective clothing (for 12 functions daily). During the contract period, the contractor must maintain the service and protective clothing in a condition suitable for emergency medical services. A uniform, tidy appearance of the employees must be ensured throughout the entire contract period. The service clothing from the city of Mettmann emergency medical service’s own stock must be taken over by the contractor at residual values and included in the pool of laundry to be cleaned and provided. To be able to assess the fit and execution, the contractor must provide the offered clothing fully or partially as samples upon request.
