TENDER DESCRIPTION

Initially, approximately 320 mobile subscriptions will be provided together with brand-new mobile end devices (Apple iPhone including accessories) for a basic term of 36 months. The contracting authority is entitled to increase the quantity during the term of the contract. In addition, there are options to extend the term twice by twelve months each. The contract will be concluded as a framework agreement with a single company. The maximum total number of mobile subscriptions that can be called off together with rental devices is up to 450 subscriptions together with rental devices. The maximum value of the framework agreement corresponds to the remuneration applicable to the maximum quantity, including optional services. Once the maximum quantity or maximum value has been reached, the framework agreement is exhausted and no longer has any effect.
