TENDER DESCRIPTION

Initially, approximately 320 mobile communications connections will be provided, together with brand-new mobile end devices (Apple iPhone together with accessories) for an initial term of 36 months. The contracting authority is entitled to increase the quantity during the term of the contract. In addition, there are options to extend the term twice, each time by twelve months. The contract will be concluded as a framework agreement with a single company. The maximum quantity of mobile communications connections and rental devices that can be called up in total is up to 450 connections and rental devices. The maximum value of the framework agreement corresponds to the remuneration applicable to the maximum quantity, including optional services. Once the maximum quantity or the maximum value is reached, the framework agreement is exhausted and no longer has any effect.
