TENDER DESCRIPTION
Performance of recovery operations and transportation of corpses and parts of corpses under police assignment and in cases that cannot be postponed, pursuant to Article 14(2) sentence 1 of the Burial Act (BestG), in the northern part of the local area of responsibility of the Police Inspectorate Beilngries, i.e. in the municipal areas Stammham, Kipfenberg, Kinding, Denkendorf, Beilngries. - The contractor shall ensure that after notification the personnel deployed by it is at the site at all times, under average traffic and weather conditions, no later than approximately 60 minutes. - Each recovery operation and each transportation shall be carried out by 2 persons (driver and escort person). The contractor and its employees shall comply with oral as well as written instructions issued by the police officers on site. - The recovery operation also includes collecting parts of corpses to the extent that this is possible without special equipment. - The contractor is obliged to carry out every assigned recovery operation and every assigned transportation irrespective of the respective condition of the corpse. - Transportation shall take place to the place determined by the…
