TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performance of retrievals and transports of corpses and body parts under police contract and in cases that cannot be delayed of Article 14(2) sentence 1 of the Burial Act (BestG) in the northern part of the local responsibility area of the Police Station Beilngries, i.e. in the municipal areas Stammham, Kipfenberg, Kinding, Denkendorf, and Beilngries. - The contractor shall ensure that after notification the personnel deployed by it is at the incident site at all times in the event of average traffic and weather conditions no later than approximately 60 minutes. - Each retrieval and each transport shall be carried out by 2 persons (driver and accompanying person). The contractor and its employees shall comply with the verbal and written instructions of the police officers on site. - Retrieval also includes taking up body parts insofar as this is possible without special equipment. - The contractor is obliged to carry out each commissioned retrieval and each commissioned transport regardless of the condition of the corpse in question. - The transport shall take place each time to the location determined by the commissioning police officer.
