TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to award general contractor services for the renovation of all façades, with the exception of the west façade already completed, the associated windows and doors, the access facilities (including, among other things, the temple on the north side) as well as the sealing and the rainwater drainage of the terrace, including the associated wastewater network, throughout the entire Tonhalle Düsseldorf building. The Tonhalle is a concert hall and an architectural landmark of the city of Düsseldorf. It was opened in its current form and use in 1978 and has since undergone numerous renovations and modernizations in order to preserve its functionality and aesthetics. The Tonhalle offers a diverse programme ranging from classic concerts to modern music events.
