TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main administration of BG BAU is being converted and modernised. The scope of the work, in an initial overarching construction phase, comprised strip-out and refurbishment works in the components (BT) "Altbau - AB" (building numbers 29-30), "Neubau - NB" (building number 28) and "Gartenhaus - GH" (in the inner courtyard). The construction measures in the first construction phase have been carried out since April 2025 and are to continue until the 4th quarter of 2026. The subject of the construction services is reinforced concrete and masonry works in the component "Altbau" (basement level to 5th floor): — Concrete and reinforced concrete works (concrete, reinforcement and formwork works), — Masonry works (creating openings, creating horizontal openings for HVAC/MEP, subsequently closing or reducing wall openings), — Steelwork (in the basement level: beams and columns; or on floors up to the 5th floor: steel beams), — Demolition works (concrete, steel floor slabs, masonry).
