TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main administration office of BG BAU is being converted and modernised. In the first overarching construction phase, the scope of the work included strip-out and refurbishment works in the components (BT) “Existing building - AB” (house numbers 29-30), “New building - NB” (house number 28) and “Garden house - GH” (in the inner courtyard). The construction activities in the first construction phase are being carried out from April 2025 and still through to the 4th quarter of 2026. The subject of the construction services are reinforced concrete and masonry works in the component “Existing building” (basement level to 5th floor): — Concrete and reinforced concrete works (concrete, reinforcement and formwork works), — Masonry works (create openings, create horizontal openings for TGA (building services), subsequently close or reduce wall openings), — Steel construction works (in the basement, beams and columns, or from ground floor to 5th floor, steel beams), — Demolition works (concrete, steel joist ceilings, masonry).
