The dimensions of the building on the floor plan are approximately 50.0 x 14.5 m. Flooring works are to be carried out starting in December 2026. The following flooring works are required: 8 pcs measurement of screed moisture, approx. 2,400 m2 linoleum floor covering, remove, dispose of; approx. 2,400 m2 grinding of the substrate; 150 m2 milling of the substrate; remove + dispose of 450 linear metres perimeter edge insulation strips; renew 1,000 linear metres perimeter edge insulation strips; seal and close 700 linear metres cracks with hardener; cut 456 linear metres existing screed; supply and install 456 linear metres joint connector; 300 m2 impact sound insulation, 300 m2 separating layer, supplement 300 m2 screed, repair 250 m2 screed up to approx. 5 cm; approx. 2,500 m2 bonding primer on subfloor; approx. 2,500 m2 2K epoxy resin primer filler, 5–8 mm; approx. 2,500 m2 smoothing/leveling with levelling compound d = 3 mm; 8 pcs adhesion pull-off tests; approx. 2,500 m2 linoleum floor covering 2.5 mm R9; 42 pcs joint sealing with silicone at door frames; approx. 1,500 linear metres plastic skirting board 12 x 60 mm; 2 pcs doormat 2.00 x 2.00 m; 20 linear metres profiles for…
