The four-year research contract is located in the thematic field "Training Quality and Career Entry/Progression" of the research program on nursing education and the nursing profession. Against the background of the generalist nursing training introduced since 2020 under the Nursing Professions Act (PflBG), first cohorts of graduates are now available whose transition into the labor market and early career development paths can be empirically examined.
