TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of the present procurement, the BVB are seeking a contracting party to conclude a framework agreement. The framework agreement specifies under which conditions the BVB, during a period of five years, may procure individual cars of various categories from the contracting party. In addition, the contracting party undertakes, under the relevant framework agreement, to offer maintenance services for the procured cars during a period of twelve years starting from 1. placing the respective vehicle into service under certain conditions.
