TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority intends to supplement its bus fleet with battery-electric low-floor buses. The contract notice covers the manufacture and delivery of six (6) identical single-deck buses with battery-electric propulsion, together with the associated serviceleistungen (full-service contract for six years; see Annex 2 of the technical tender documents) as well as additional training services (workshop, driving and rescue personnel). By “battery-electric low-floor buses”, the contracting authority means vehicles that obtain their driving energy exclusively from a battery storage device installed in the vehicle and that have an electrified drive train. In particular, the buses must have the following basic equipment features: • Low-floor bus of EC vehicle class M3, class I • Vehicle length 12.0 m ≤ L ≤ 12.5 m (single-deck bus) • Battery-electric drive system including charging interface in accordance with the VDV core use case • Automatic operation, lowering system (kneeling), video surveillance • Air conditioning for the driver and passenger compartment • Passenger information inside and outside (RBL/IBIS-capable) The contracting authority intends to supplement its bus…
