TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Deutsche Bundesbank conducts, as part of its statutory duties under the Foreign Trade and Payments Act (AWG), inspections to monitor compliance with financial sanctions. To support these inspections, technical components and data products for software-assisted screening and research processes shall be procured within the WEMASO project. The tender is divided into two lots. Lot 1 Lot 1 covers the procurement of a commercially available screening engine to conduct software-based financial sanctions audits. The software shall be able to identify names and name similarities in structured and semi-structured data and match them with sanctions lists. The solution must particularly support batch screenings, scoring, the processing of large volumes of data, as well as comprehensive configurability of the screening process. The screening engine shall be operated in the Deutsche Bundesbank's private cloud environment (Red Hat OpenShift) and integrated into the Bundesbank's proprietary audit platform via standardized interfaces (REST API).
