TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the award of a framework agreement for the provision, introduction, integration, maintenance and further development of vulnerability management for the contracting authority’s IT landscape. The objective of the procurement is to transfer an already existing technical baseline into a stable, continuously operable and future-proof standard operating model. To this end, a suitable software solution, including the required licenses or subscriptions, as well as the services required for operation and further development must be provided. The solution is intended to enable the structured identification, analysis, assessment, prioritisation and tracking of vulnerabilities within the contracting authority’s IT landscape. The scope of services includes in particular the provision, setup, configuration, integration, optimisation and ongoing maintenance of the solution. This includes integration into the contracting authority’s existing system and process landscape, support in establishing and ensuring operational readiness, improving scan coverage, optimising data quality and providing appropriate reporting, analysis and control functions.
