The core scope of work for this tender is the procurement of a web-based AI solution specifically designed for legal work. The overarching goal is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of this solution.

The core deliverable is a market-available, web-based generative AI platform that supports legal tasks such as legal research, document analysis, document creation, knowledge management, workflows, and automation. This platform must be capable of processing legal questions related to both Austrian and Union law.

The solution is intended for employees of the WSTW Group and potentially employees of Wien Holding GmbH and its associated group companies. Essential functionalities include integration with the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly Microsoft Word and potentially Outlook. It must also ensure the complete exportability of all data in a structured and common format to prevent vendor lock-in. A critical requirement is that no input data, generated output, or usage data from the client is to be used for training, fine-tuning, optimizing, or further developing AI models. The tender also includes provisions for support and training.
