TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this scope of services is the delivery of a piece of a fire-fighting group vehicle for disaster protection (LF 20 KatS) based on DIN 14530-8:2021-01 in accordance with the current standards, and to be manufactured in compliance with the Technical Guidelines of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate. The offer must be complete in its scope of performance. All performance characteristics required for the proper functioning of the overall system must be offered and/or included in the prices. All potential additional costs or ancillary costs (e.g. transportation/transfer, technical inspections, etc.) must be factored into the prices. A detailed maintenance instruction manual for any additional and/or ancillary costs is to be supplied together with the finished vehicle in one or more stable DIN A 4 folders as well as as a DC/DVD/USB stick. It must contain all operating instructions for installed devices, etc. The folders are to be labeled, clearly structured, and provided with a table of contents.
