The following will be tendered: the delivery, operational setup, commissioning and documentation of a cloud PBX solution based on Xelion, including monthly licences, IP desk phones, IP analog gateways, and the required configuration and project services for this. The solution must meet the requirements described in the specifications with regard to cloud operation, Microsoft Teams integration, Telekom CompanyFlex, switching and contact centre functions, administration, security, data protection, documentation and acceptance.
