TENDER DESCRIPTION

A GMP-compliant parallel peptide synthesizer is to be procured for the production of peptide-based cancer vaccines as part of the establishment of a GMP-compliant production environment at the Centrum for Innovative Therapies (CIT). The system must ensure contamination-free production through the use of closed reactor and reagent systems and enable the parallel execution of multiple syntheses. The control software must meet the requirements of the EU-GMP guideline, in particular Annex 11 for computerised systems. Furthermore, high requirements are placed on contamination safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance and qualification support, as well as operational flexibility and scalability. The procurement includes delivery, commissioning, qualification support and training/briefing of the personnel.
